In the midst of enterprise-scale change, Uber wanted to utilize their new global campus as a high-value setting to galvanize the company’s mission and culture, and help employees connect their contributions to positive, real-world impact.
HUSH united and aligned teams by creating The Stream, a connected, interactive experience inside Uber’s new global headquarters. After the initial launch at Uber’s global headquarters in San Francisco’s Mission Bay District, I worked with the Uber and HUSH teams to scale the experience to 4 global locations and expand the program to include an integrated content campaign.
SCALING GLOBALLY
Following the deployment of The Stream Mission Bay, we expanded the experiential product system to Uber Talent Hubs around the world including Dallas, New York, Chicago, and Mexico City. This integrated system allows Uber HQ to distribute messaging and content to all the tentpole offices, encouraging global employees’ connection with a universal brand mission.

In an effort to galvanize Uber’s global teams around the company’s core mission and values, HUSH leveraged the hardware and systems custom built for The Stream installations, and developed a data-driven content campaign. The launch was so successful, Uber employees asked for more, and we extended the digital assets to public and private digital displays across Uber’s global campuses.
